Photo ID is required on Check in.
We require a credit card to be presented at check in for security reasons. The credit card owner must be staying on-site. If you do not have a credit card a refundable bond of $500 will be required. We do not accept American Express or Diners cards
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. If you cancel your booking less than 21 days before arrival date all monies held will be forfeited.
At all times we will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however the confirmation of your booking is subject to room availability and a full deposit being processed.
Management reserve the right to not accept a particular booking at any time. You will be notified by email of confirmation of your booking and if there are any changes that may need to be made to your booking. If we do need to reject your booking request, we will always try to find you an alternative option.
Whilst staying in your Apartment you are responsible for any breakages or damage caused by yourself or your guests.

THE BUILDING DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES TO BE HELD IN THE ROOMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES***
