"The staff were lovely. The rooms were clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. The other patrons were so nice. The staff took good care of the grounds and the people. It had such a nice atmosphere. Fantastic location as well."

"We stayed here in Jan 2010 and I can't speak highly enough about this place. Our party were my partner and I travelling from London, and our friends with their 4 year old son travelling from Melbourne (other than the 4 year old we are all in our twenties). The location in general was brilliant, right on the beach and a short walk to surfers paradise, which we did every day. On a wider scale it was great too, a ten minute bus ride to Seaworld, a twenty minute cab ride to Wet'N'Wild and we booked a coach to take us to Australia Zoo, which took about two hours.
The Grounds of the hotel were kept in very good condition, very plush and very clean, and on the 2 days of sunshine we had on our 6 day visit (typical) we made full use of the pool and BBQ. The apartments were big, as were the 2 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. The only problems with the room were a broken ceiling fan and broken blind, both of which were fixed immediately once we told the people that ran the apartments. And their helpfulness didn't stop there. Every cab we took was booked for us by reception and the confirmation slip brought to us at the poolside, I went to enquire about a fan for the room and was handed one over reception, and when my girlfriend was stung by a jellyfish they even went as far as bringing vinegar to our room to take the pain away.
I could praise this place all day, even 4 days of miserable weather didn't dampen our spirits. I would recommend this place to anyone"

"My family has had annual holidays at Aloha Lane for several years and love the place. It's very close to the wonderful white sands of Main Beach, Australia Fair Shopping Plaza, the trendy shops and restraunts of Tedder Avenue, and only walking distance to Surfers Paradise' Cavill Mall. We don't even bother to hire a car on holidays as the bus services to all the theme parks are only a stones throw away. The appartments are more than comfortable. They are spacious and well kept, and the pool and spa area is secluded and oasis like, just want you need to relax. Roy and kate are wonderful hosts, and I am always more than happy to reccomend Aloha Lane to friends and listeners as a fabulous place to stay on the Gold Coast, and I'm pleased to say that many have taken my advice."
