- All prices quoted are for 4 person stay, additional person is $30 per night.
- For all apartments, the check-in time is 2.00 pm and the check-out time is 10.00 am.
- A bookings is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. The required deposit is 30% of accommodation charge.
- Photo ID is required on Check-in, along with a Current Credit Card. Credit cardholder must be staying on-site.
- Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not have the deposit refunded.
- Cancellations with more than 21 days notice - deposit (less $50 administration fee) is refunded.
- Any guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by their parent or Legal guardian - if you book & can not provided identification No refund will be provided & the booking will be cancelled.
- If a guests breaks the Building By-Laws & is asked to leave - No Refund will be given. ****PLEASE BE AWARE ALOHA LANE IS A NON PARTY PROPERTY. THE BUILDING DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES TO BE HELD IN THE ROOMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES****
