Conditions
- Photo ID is required on Check-in, along with a Current Credit Card. Credit cardholder must be staying on-site.
- The check-in time is 2.00 pm and the check-out time is 10.00 am.
- A bookings is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Deposit required is 30% of accommodation charges.
- Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not have the deposit refunded.
- Cancellations with more than 21 days notice - deposit (less $50 administration fee) is refunded
- Any guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a parent or Legal guardian.
- If a guests breaks the Building By-Laws & is asked to leave - No Refund will be given.
- Aloha Lane is a NON SCHOOLIES BUILDING. If you make a booking you will not be accepted & no refund will be given.
